When recording the entire album, we took great care to ensure that the voice, its expression and sound perfectly expressed the contents of the lyrics. Today, the topic of one's own happiness and maintaining a relationship with it is topical and urgent.
Je to hlavný odkaz albumu, ktorého pracovný názov bol od začiatku “Piesne radosti”. Až na konci nahrávania mi v textoch zasvietila veta, obraz krajiny ktorá plynie po vlastnom brehu, a spojila sa s obrazom od môjho otca na obale. Hudobné vyznenie piesní sme hľadali dlho a súvisle od februára až do augusta 2025, niekedy sme vytvorili veľa verzií aby sme sa, poučení dlhou cestou, vrátili ku tej prvej, nevinnej. Cesta je často kruhom.

The role of the piano was taken over by the guqin, an archaic Chinese instrument made of fragrant wood with silky strings that softly pulsate in the bass. The ukulele supplies the higher piano register. A weissenborn lapsteel guitar takes care of the horizontal flowing line. The guqin sound appears repeatedly throughout the album.
Nástroj mi ako zázrakom prišiel pred dvomi rokmi, netušil som o ňom hoci existuje cez tri tisícročia bez zmeny. Obľúbený spoločník filozofov, básnikov a bohémov ktorý je na vrchole hierarchie čínskej klasickej hudby. Zanechala ho v našom meste číňanka po roku strávenom v meditačnom budhistickom centre. Prišiel do môjho priestoru ako hádanka, ktorú už dva roky lúštim pri dodržaní dávnych pravidiel: pristupovať k hre s čistými rukami a v upratanom prostredí, bez ega a ambície uspokojiť seba a ohúriť poslucháča. V tomto sa mi guqin stal múdrym učiteľom. Len tak byť s hudbou a v nej, ako v krajine ktorá plynie ako voda, pýtať sa jej čím chce sama byť a kam vlastne beží.
